Natwest fixed rate mortgage

A fixed rate mortgage means your repayments have a fixed interest rate. This means that you’ll pay off the same amount every month, for the length of your introductory deal, usually two to five years. When the fixed rate period ends, your rate will change to the lenders standard variable rate (SVR). The interest rate is fixed for this mortgage. So you’ll pay the same amount for a set period – e.g. two or five years. NatWest is reducing rates on two-year fixed rate purchase mortgage by between 0.1 and 0.2 per cent, at 90 and 95 per cent LTV.
